The Supermini 200 combines in a unique WDXRF benchtop spectrometer the high sensitivities and resolution of wavelength dispersive instruments with the compact size and small footprint of a benchtop spectrometer compared to traditional high-power WDXRF.
The powerful, flexible and intuitive software offers superior standardless analysis (FP) as well as empirical capabilities from oxygen 8O through uranium 92U in almost any kind of materials or matrices (solids, powder, pellets, liquids, slurries etc..).
The simplified sample preparation, the low running costs (no chiller/external water cooling required) and the superior performance for the light elements in low concentration range (9F, 11Na, 12Mg, 13Al, 14Si, 15P, ...) thanks to the RX25 crystal renders the Supermini 200 an exceptionally powerful and flexible instrument belonging to any modern laboratory.
