The Supermini 200 combines in a unique WDXRF benchtop spectrometer the high sensitivities and resolution of wavelength dispersive instruments with the compact size and small footprint of a benchtop spectrometer compared to traditional high-power WDXRF.

The powerful, flexible and intuitive software offers superior standardless analysis (FP) as well as empirical capabilities from oxygen ₈O through uranium ₉₂U in almost any kind of materials or matrices (solids, powder, pellets, liquids, slurries etc..).
