Technical solutions for the calibration of gas flow meters
Gas Flow Test Stands provide practical technical solutions for calibrating gas flow meters using Bios' proven DryCal® technology. The flow test benches are pre-configured for specific applications and are available in various configurations.
General flow test rig 5 ml/min - 5 sl/min
A gas flow delivery system used to calibrate rotameters, bubble testers, and flow calibrators. This flow test bench is designed for a maximum gas flow rate of 5 litres per minute. Requires a compressed air supply with a pressure of approximately 6 bar. Ideal for use with DryCal 800.
Contains:
- On/Off valve
- precision pressure regulator
- High pressure side pressure gauge
- Low flow needle valve
- Pressure gauge of the downstream pressure side
- A/B valve

A gas flow delivery system used to calibrate rotameters, bubble testers, and flow calibrators. This flow test bench is designed for a maximum gas flow rate of 50 litres per minute. Requires a compressed air supply with a pressure of approximately 6 bar. Ideal for use with DryCal 800.

- Needle valve for high flow rate
- Pressure gauge of the downstream pressure side

A gas flow delivery system used to calibrate mass flow controllers (MFCs) where the MFC is discharged at atmospheric pressure. This flow test rig is designed for a maximum gas flow rate of 100 litres per minute. Requires a compressed air supply with a pressure of approximately 6 bar. Ideal for use with DryCal 800.

- MFC assembly stand
This additional module enables the calibration of a Device Under Test (DUT) at a back pressure of up to 4 bar.
Includes a pressure gauge and a back pressure regulator. Requires MFC flow test bench.
