The KjelROC Distillation Unit is the perfect choice for a fully-automated steam distillation in all cases when the substance of interest needs to be distilled prior to further analysis (e.g. SO2 in food/wine, free fatty acids, distillation of water samples prior to total cyanide determination etc.).
The system will control automatically the cooling water and can be programmed to set the steam power from 10 to 100% and add dilution water (or sodium hydroxide) to the sample. The unit is equipped with an Ethernet communication interface for simplified set-up/data/log transfers and traceability.
The distillation unit is modular and can be equipped with a receiver pump or upgraded to a full KjelROC Analyzer without or with Autosampler.
