With the new Laser - Diode Gas Analyser from OPSIS, the following substances can be measured without the need for an extractive heated system: CO2, CO, NH3, H2S, HF, HCl, CH4, H2O, O2 and temperature. With this analyzer you also comply with the latest EU directive, which will require temperature monitoring during furnace loading.
The Opsis Analyzer LD 500 is the central unit in a laser diode gas monitoring system. The instrument can accommodate up to five laser diode modules, each forming a complete laser monitoring and data acquisition system. The functions of the instrument are controlled via an integrated PC with LCD display. The LD 500 delivers the light generated by the internal laser diode to an external transmitter via a fiber optic cable. At the measurement location, the signal is converted by a receiver and sent back to the LD 500 analyzer via a second fiber optic communication cable. After processing and evaluation in the LD 500, the analyzer outputs measured values with response times from 1 second. In total, the LD 500 analyzer can perform measurements on up to eight measurement paths.
