Stand alone aerosol generator with battery operation for more than 8 hours
The autonomous PAG 1000 (Portable Aerosol Generator) newly developed by Palas® offers highest flexibility for the generation of droplet aerosols from e.g. DEHS even in low concentrations.
The generator is small, with a weight of only 5 kg handy, as well as independent and fast operational due to the battery operation. The fact that no compressed air connection is required shows once again its flexible application possibilities. One battery charge is sufficient for one working day; if required, the unit can also be operated from the mains.
The PAG 1000 offers a wide range for adjusting the concentration due to the switch-over operation of the internal pump for aerosol generation. The electrical control via the internal display allows the reproducible adjustment of the particle concentration. A rotary switch can be used to select between Low and High.
Applications for the PAG 1000 include testing of laminar flow boxes, clean room acceptance measurements, recovery time measurements, smoke detector tests, HEPA/ULPA filter tests, laboratory applications or flexible aerosol tasks on site.
